A man named Omar Harris was recently convicted of using his vehicle as a weapon to take out a moped driver.

Now, from what’s available online, this doesn’t seem like a random attack. It appears that the two knew each other and that the victim may have been in an argument with Harris’ girlfriend prior to this happening.
